How to Apply
Enrollment Process & Required Documents
We are delighted that you are considering
Dadi Trilingual Kindergarten for your child’s educational journey.
Application Form
To complete the enrollment process, kindly submit the completed application form together with the following supporting documents to our Admissions Office.
Child's Documents
Four (4) recent passport-sized
color photographs
A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
A copy of the House Registration (for Thai nationals)
Previous school reports in English (if applicable)
A recent medical certificate issued within the last three months
Parent's Documents
Two (2) recent color photographs of each parent
A copy of the non-Thai parent’s passport (if applicable)
A copy of the Thai parent’s National ID Card
Our Admissions Team will carefuly review all submitted documents and will be pleased to assist you throughout every step of the enrollment process.
